You know… kids, sewing, the holidays, a new job, crocheting cupcakes, laundry…..

Yes I did say a new JOB. Like many of us crafty mommas out there I have entered the work force. I just sort of sped up the inevitable seeing that my youngest will be in full time school next year.

Before I tell you where my new employment is let me preface it with something. Jerusalem and I have mentioned before that we have some sort of mind link. Almost as if we are on some parallel course sometimes through no intentional effort of our own we do the same things. Come up with the same idea at the very same time, have conversations without uttering a word, showing up dressed the same, and now……… Yes I work for my local public library. Yes it gets spooky sometimes.

I am enjoying it but with working 30 hours a week I am finding it really difficult to do all the things I love like sewing and crochet and painting and crafting. Especially for this Christmas season. First Thursday is this week and I have a craft fair here in Conway on Saturday. So yes I am feeling a bit stressed out about things. I love making these pretty things. I’m just trying to adjust my life to my new schedule.
